About Singapore COE Bidding Results
The archive covers COE bidding results from April 1999 across Categories A–E. Each row shows the exercise date, round and category premiums. On desktop, changes from the previous exercise are also shown. Open an exercise to see bids received and quota available.
These records show what happened in each exercise. They do not establish a repeating ten-year price cycle or guarantee a particular effect of deregistrations on premiums. Use the trends page to compare periods and the category comparison tool to compare premiums for the same exercise.

Frequently Asked Questions
How often are COE bidding results released?
LTA normally holds two exercises per month. Results correspond to the actual closing dates on the published calendar; holidays and cancellations can change the usual pattern.
What is the Quota Premium (QP)?
QP is the final Current COE Price at closing: one dollar above the highest unsuccessful reserve price. It is not defined as the lowest successful reserve price. Successful bidders pay that final QP.
What is the difference between QP and PQP?
QP is the premium from one bidding exercise. PQP is the monthly renewal premium based on the three preceding months with bidding. Renewal eligibility and term depend on the vehicle; the two amounts do not describe the same transaction.
Can I download historical COE results?
Eligible existing accounts can use the "Download CSV" button above the table to export filtered results. The archive goes back to the April 1999 exercise and includes quota premiums, bids received, and quota available for all five categories.
