By accessing and using COEkaki (coekaki.com), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Service Description

COEkaki provides COE price tracking, historical data, calculators, analysis, and educational content about Singapore's vehicle quota system. Data is sourced from the Land Transport Authority (LTA) and other public sources.

3. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, COEkaki data is provided "as is" without warranty. COE prices, PQP values, quota allocations, and calculator results are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as financial advice. Always verify with official LTA sources before making financial decisions.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the subscription portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Subscription features are described on the pricing page.

6. API Usage

Access to the COEkaki API is subject to rate limits based on your subscription tier. You may not resell API data, use it to build competing services, or exceed your allocated request limits. We reserve the right to revoke API access for abuse.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding on COEkaki is owned by us or licensed to us. You may share links and brief excerpts with attribution. You may not reproduce substantial portions of our content, scrape our data, or use our brand without permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to: submit false predictions or spam, attempt to access other users' data, interfere with site operation, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

COEkaki is not liable for any financial decisions made based on our data, calculators, or analysis. We are not financial advisors. The Bid Advisor feature provides data-driven signals, not investment advice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or site notice.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
